Salamanca Poland Sp. z.o.o is the Polish office of investment advisory firm, Salamanca Capital. Established in 2004. Salamanca Poland provides a depth of knowledge and a strong local presence. 

Headed by Marcus Bernie, the Polish team works closely with Salamanca Capital to source opportunities and to negotiate and structure deals taking responsibility for the successful delivery of projects in the region. 

Poland has proven to be a very attractive market for Salamanca; the concentration of our investments are in Warsaw however we are also involved in multiple schemes in Lodz. Our most recent acquisition was that of a major stake in Mermaid Developments, a privately held development company specialising in large scale residential and commercial office projects. 

We believe that Poland will continue to be one of the most dynamic economies in the region and will provide long term potential investment for Salamanca. We expect the market place in Poland to continue to be challenging throughout 2010.
