Salamanca Romania S.R.L is the Romanian office of investment advisory firm, Salamanca Capital Investments. Established in 2005, Salamanca Romania provides a depth of knowledge and a strong local presence.

Headed by Motti Link, the Romanian team sources opportunities, negotiates and structures deals taking responsibility for the successful delivery of projects in the region. 

Our Romanian office manages a wide variety of assets held in Salamanca's various fund structures. It also has the capability to manage and advise third party investors and in doing so help them to realise maximum value from their holdings or perspective holdings in the knowledge that a competent team on the ground is engaged.

Currently our Romanian office is engaged in the management of multiple projects in Bucharest and the largest residential development project in Iasi. Despite difficult market conditions our investments continue to perform well and we are actively seeking further opportunities were value can be added.
